Tuesday Tip #15

Get Inspiration from a Jar

Make a list of techniques, both tried & true and new to you. Cut them into individual strips and place them in a jar. When you need inspiration, pull 2 or 3 techniques out of the jar & use them on a layout or card project.

Write a list of your supplies and tools. Again, cut them into individual strips and place them in a jar. Some items to include in this list, would be patterned paper, eyelets, brads, ribbons, die cuts, beads, and so on. This will also help use up your stash if you tend to hoard your supplies.

I love this idea! I can't wait to put together the jar. It will remind me of all the tools I have hiding in the closet!

I just recently organized my supplies and used jars like spaghetti jars, mayo jars, etc to group like-things. I have a few empty jars, so this will work perfectly and fit nicely on my supply shelf!

Thanks again!

Thanks for the blogoversary wishes, Teena.

Organizing your supplies is always a good thing.
